Terms of Service

• Hullo is in beta. Things may change or break, and it’s free while we’re in beta.
• Hullo isn’t affiliated with WhatsApp, Instagram, Apple, OpenAI, Meta or any agent’s maker. Your accounts there stay under their rules, and a service may limit an account it sees used through Hullo.
• Agents are run by others. Hullo passes along what you ask and what you approve, and you’re responsible for what you approve.
• Your messages are yours. Hullo uses them only to run Hullo for you, and never to train AI models.
• Be decent: no spam, no harassment, nothing illegal.

The full terms below are what count.

• You must be at least 18, and live in the United States while Hullo is in beta.
• You must also be old enough to use each service you connect, and allowed to use Hullo under the law. You can’t use Hullo if we’ve banned you before.

• Use an email address that’s yours. One person per account.
• Keep your devices and sign-in codes safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at support@hullo.computer right away if you think someone else got in.

Hullo is in early beta. Features may change, pause or go away without notice, and Hullo may be unavailable or lose data. Your original messages stay in the services you connected, so keep anything important there. We may end the beta, or change Hullo, at any time.

• Connect only accounts that are yours, or that you’re allowed to use.
• You must follow each connected service’s own terms and rules. Using it through Hullo doesn’t change them.
• When you connect a service, you let Hullo sign in to it, read your chats there, and send what you ask it to send.
• Services can change, limit or stop working with Hullo at any time, and may limit or close accounts they see used through other apps. Hullo can’t control that and isn’t responsible for it. Some features may stop working as a result.

• Agents, like Muse, Dots, Grok Bot, Instinct or OpenClaw, are run by other companies or by you, not by Hullo. Hullo doesn’t control them, and isn’t responsible for what they say or do, including bookings, purchases, messages or mistakes. Their makers’ own terms apply.
• What agents say can be wrong. Check before you rely on it.
• Approving an agent’s request in Hullo is the same as approving it in the agent’s own app. Read each request before you tap: you’re responsible for what you approve. Hullo never approves or answers for you.
• When you ask an agent about a chat, Hullo sends it part of that chat, as the Privacy Policy describes. Share only what you’re comfortable sharing, and respect the people in your chats.

Don’t use Hullo to:

• break the law, or anyone’s rights, including their privacy;
• send spam or bulk messages, or harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone;
• share content that sexually exploits children, promotes violence or terrorism, or is otherwise illegal;
• share other people’s messages with an agent in a way that harms them or breaks the law;
• get into accounts or data you’re not allowed to;
• break a connected service’s terms;
• resell Hullo, or offer it to others, without our written permission;
• harm, overload or probe Hullo, get around its limits or security, or copy it, except where the law allows.

Your messages and files stay yours. You let Hullo store, process, send and show them only as needed to run Hullo for you and keep it secure, as the Privacy Policy describes. That permission ends when they’re deleted from Hullo, apart from copies in backups, which are gone within 2 days. We don’t use your content to train AI models.

You’re responsible for what you send, and you confirm you have the right to share it through Hullo, including with agents.

Hullo is free during the beta. If we add paid plans, we’ll tell you in advance and you’ll choose whether to pay. We won’t charge you without your agreement.

While you follow these terms, you may use Hullo’s apps for yourself. You can’t sell or transfer that right. The apps, the website, the Hullo name and its design belong to us or our licensors. Parts of Hullo are open-source software under their own licences, which these terms don’t limit.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

Hullo is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may have bugs or downtime, and messages may be delayed or fail to send. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties about Hullo, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, or that it’s error-free, secure or always available, or that it will keep supporting any service or agent.

To the extent the law allows, we (and our owners, employees and partners) aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or accounts, including an account a connected service limits or closes, or anything an agent does. Our total liability for any claim about Hullo is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.

If you break these terms or the law and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you’ll cover our reasonable costs, where the law allows.

• You can stop using Hullo anytime, and delete your account in Settings › , then You › , then Delete account (on iPhone, Settings › , then Delete account).
• We may suspend or close your account, or limit features, if you break these terms, if the law or a connected service requires it, or to protect Hullo, its users or others. When we reasonably can, we’ll tell you first.
• We may end the beta or stop offering Hullo. When we can, we’ll tell you in advance.
• The parts of these terms that by their nature should last after your account ends, like the limits on liability, still apply.

If you got Hullo from Apple’s App Store:

• These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for Hullo, its support or maintenance, or claims about it, such as product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims.
• If Hullo fails to meet a warranty that applies by law, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid for it, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation for Hullo.
• You confirm you’re not in a country under a U.S. government embargo, and not on a U.S. government list of restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts of the State of Delaware, USA, unless the law where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring them there.

Before you bring a claim, please write to support@hullo.computer so we can try to settle it informally. If it isn’t settled within 30 days, either of us can take it further.

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new date, and tell you in the app or by email before an important change takes effect. If you keep using Hullo after that, you accept the new terms.

If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce something right away, we haven’t given it up. You can’t transfer these terms to someone else; we may, as part of a merger or sale. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Hullo.
